The labels are blank except for saying "side one" and "side two".
The LP is BEAUTIFUL. This LP is either unplayed or very very close to unplayed. This is a close to pristine as I think you can get without know if this LP ever touched a turntable. The very very rare cover is very nice. It has about 3" split upper right edge, and a few spots of very minor edge wear/corner wear. It has light remains of a sticker upper right corner.
