AMAZING, RARE 1962 DOO WOP 45
LA CHORDS "To Be"/"Flame Out" - Gay Records 629
The 45 plays very conservative VG+ and a strong case could be made for VG++ or a bit better.  Both labels are very clean.
Unlikely to be found again anytime soon, if at all.
