Vintage 1950's 1960’s Children's MAGIC MIRROR RED RAVEN MOVIE RECORDS
The Red Raven Magic Mirror Records were a children's toy of the 1950s. They used a series of specially made vinyl 78 RPM records with a very large label which reflected off an angled spinning mirror which resembled a carousel which was placed over the spindle of the player, giving the illusion of motion.
MAGIC MIRROR AND RED RAVEN RECORDS are in very good used condition. The colors are vibrant, and the brown ones are kind of swirled! The my chocolate Rabbit, that looks black, when held up to the light is actually a very deep Red!
Notice that the Magic Mirror is complete, often the top knob piece was removed for use with a phonograph which led to the pieces being separated, making a complete Magic Mirror more difficult to come by today.
You don't often get a box.. This box is solid all the flaps are attached. There is wear, and a name written on one of the inside flaps. See pictures for details and condition.
