TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE “MAKE AN OFFER” BUTTON It refers to item only not to Shipping cost. You have to pay Shipping cost anyway (unless I offer you a free shipping). One thing that I want to say and racommend in advance to you is: in case an Offer or Counteroffer that involves a BANK TRANSFER payment gets “ACCEPTED” so then you be allowed to pay by THAT payment method ONLY.

Please do NOT change pacts at the last minute. Since Paypal will charge extra fees on me so I really would you do not suddenly change cards at last minute to choose to pay by PAYPAL AFTER the Offer or Counteroffer has been accepted. If you do that so it might be an high risk that I decide to CANCEL your payment because you have disregarded terms and pacts.

SHIPPING RATES include the shipment cost plus a €1.00 for packaging.I send out by my Post Office using traceable registered methods choosing the cheapiest ones for you. Cheapier ones do to exist but they give me no trackings, nor registrations neither receipts, so I prefer not using them. If you would get me to use ‘em, PM me; I might use them - non-traceable ones or Unregistered methods - but just at your own risk only.

SHIPPING TIMING After received your payment I’ll do my best to take your purchasings to Post Office within 1-2 working days. And once that I took to Post Office, so everything concearning shipping timing (delays, loss, problems, etc) is up to their responsability NOT mine; so I’ll be considered exempt from every blame, fault or responsibility.

PAYMENTS you can pay me via PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER. If you know other ways let me know.

COLLECTING or PICKING UP I also offer you the chance to come to me to collect but as eBay Regulation says - NO CASH payments – so you have to pay BEFORE to collect.

PAYMENT TIMING You are be left to pay whithin NOT OVER 4 days (96 hours) from the second that you push the BUY button or from the second an Offer (or Counteroffer too) got accepted.

So please, I suggest you to pay within early 2 days. In a few words NOT wait “the last minute” to pay because the unexpected could hit at any time and because if you not pay then eBay will report that; and in case you get too many reports they might limit your account privileges even permanently.

I would like to dedicate just two minutes of your time to highlight the importance of feedback and detailed evaluation (the so-called small stars), providing guidelines to express a correct judgment. Feedback and stars are the fundamental data that give or detract value to a seller.

LEAVING FEEDBACK FOR THE SELLER Choosing the positive you add +1 to the seller scores but the negative feedback has a value of -1. Neutral feedback does not change the score but penalizes the seller on the percentage of positive feedbacks, putting his business in serious danger as much as a negative feedback. In support of the scores you have some characters available to express your opinion on the whole transaction.

For additional insight into a seller's performance, buyers can also view your detailed seller rating. This is a breakdown of how you've been rated by your buyers in the following areas:

• Shipping and handling charges – Were the costs reasonable?

Select what you think is the right assessment bearing in mind that your judgment will heavily affect seller profile, and every evaluation that does not have 5 full stars for each entry - according to the new ebay regulation - is equivalent to INSUFFICIENT then severely penalizing the seller and putting his business – and yours too - at risk; in fact penalizing the sellers they get extra fees or better limits; in that way they’ll be forced to increase the price of their items, so it’s affect you all buyers as well too. Get more information about this by surfing the Net even out of eBay where many people well-explain about that.

BTW I really do everything to satisfy the customer on all those four things (subject to description, communication, shipping time, shipping / packaging costs). I only ask you to use in full awareness these tools that ebay makes available. The success of eBay and the success of sellers are in your hands too! I do not want to urge you to assign the maximum evaluation but only to inform you on a point that ebay does not explain in the most appropriate way to the buyers. Please, stop two minutes more on those detailed evaluations stars-ratings taking to account these few points.

IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS For any inconvenience or misunderstanding during the transaction, please contact me TEMPESTICALLY and I will do my best to solve any problem (before releasing the feedback). TEMPI DI SPEDIZIONE Entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi - salvo imprevisti – mi impegnerò a consegnare i vostri acquisti agli Uffici Postali. ...ALTRE COSE IMPORTANTI …Gentile cliente, permettimi di prendere due minuti del tuo prezioso tempo per segnalarti l’importanza del feedback e della valutazione dettagliata (le cosidette stelline), fornendoti alcune Linee Guida per esprimere un giudizio corretto. Sia il feedback che le quattro valutazioni a 5 stelle sono il dato fondamentale che dà o toglie rilevanza ai Venditori.

RILASCIO DEL FEEDBACK AL VENDITORE Scegliendo il positivo aggiungerai +1 al punteggio feedback del venditore. Invece il negativo ha valore -1. Un feedback neutro non cambia il punteggio ma penalizza il venditore sulla percentuale di feedback positivi, mettendo in serio pericolo la propria attività tanto quanto un feedback negativo. A corredo del punteggio hai anche alcuni caratteri a disposizione per esprimere un suo giudizio sull'intera transazione.

VALUTAZIONE DETTAGLIATA (5 STELLINE) Selezioni quella che secondo lei è la giusta valutazione, tenendo presente che questo giudizio influenzerà PESANTEMENTE il profilo del venditore, e ricordando che una valutazione che non ha 5 stelle piene per ogni voce (oggetto conforme alla descrizione, comunicazione, tempi di spedizione, costi di spedizione), secondo al nuovo regolamento di ebay equivale ad INSUFFICIENTE penalizzando severamente il venditore e mettendo a rischio la sua attività.

...Il sottoscritto ce la mette davvero tutta a soddisfare il Cliente su tutte le 4 voci indicate (oggetto conforme alla descrizione, comunicazione, tempi di spedizione, costi di spedizione).

Ti chiedo pertanto di usare in piena coscienza questi strumenti che ebay mette a disposizione. Il successo dei Venditori nonchè quello di eBay sono anche nelle tue mani. Penalizzando i Venditori con 4 Stelline o meno, essi perderanno vari vantaggi e privilegi, e molti di essi saranno costretti ad aumentare i prezzi per far fronte alla perdita di promozioni e vantaggi che avevano prima. Dunque assegnare quelle quattro voci assegnando 5 Stelle Piene, è una cosa che vi riguarda anche a voi acquirenti. Non voglio sollecitarla dunque ad assegnare il massimo a tutti i costi, ma solamente informarti che su queste quattro voci a-5 Stellette Piene, eBay NON spiega sufficientemente bene agli acquirenti questa cosa. Soffermati dunque 2 minuti in più su quelle 4 voci con 5 stelline, e giudica il venditore nella sua interezza, tenendo conto di queste poche righe. Puoi fare ricerca su forum o su canali-video anche fuori da eBay per saperne molto di più su quanto influiscano anche sugli acquirenti le valutazioni a 5 Stelle.

IN CASO DI PROBLEMI Per qualsiasi disguido o incomprensione nel corso della transazione, ti prego di contattarmi TEMPESTIVAMENTE (prima di rilasciare feedbacks) e farò il possibile in mio potere per risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Dammi l'opportunità di risolvere il problema, di agire per avere un cliente soddisfatto e di meritarmi sia il tuo feedback positivo che le quattro valutazioni con 5 stelle piene.

RILASCIO DEL FEEDBACK AL CLIENTE Una volta ricevuti sia il tuo feedback che la valutazione dettagliata e verificato che tu abbia fatto ciò in modo responsabile, rilascerò con estremo piacere un feedback positivo nei tuoi confronti. Qualora riscontrassi un giudizio negativo o una bassa valutazione immotivati o rilasciati senza prima avermi contattato per risolvere il problema, non rilascerò alcun feedback.

NOTE LEGALI Mi preme sottolineare inoltre che qualsiasi eventuale ritorsione effettuata tramite il rilascio di un feedback negativo e/o un voto basso IMMOTIVATO, verrà considerata come un gesto volontario atto a recare un danno.
