12 Fantastic Glenn Miller Original Bluebird 78s In Old Stock Book - 1939 To 1942
Here are 12 Original Glenn Miller 10 Inch 78rpm Discs all pressed on the Original Bluebird Record Label Between the years 1939 to 1942.
Each Disc is in Very Good(+) Condition and while a couple may Grade at Near Mint and a couple may Grade at Very Good, We are giving them all a Grade of Very Good(+) Condition.
Each still Play & Sound Great! When played each will have only a few light crackles along the way with no serious play problems dectected. These 12 Original Pressing are Good to Go for a Long time yet to come with normaly handling & play care!
The Disc that features, "On A Little Street In Singapore / This Changing World", has a chip along the edge on side #1 and so long as this spot is avoided during play then the Disc will also play at the Very Good(+) Grade.
All are presented in an Old 10 Inch Stock Book and while this Book still looks fairly well, all of the inside pages show quite a bit of handling wear to include slight tearing on each sleeve with most near the binding section right along the flipping edge. It is apparent the the book has started to deteriorate and may only have a few years of service left before the featured Glenn Miller Discs will need to be placed in another book. Each page also has tape applied to each sleeve edge to help the pages survive for just a bit longer and while this does not give the pages a good appearance, at least it does allow the book to still be used the way it was originally intended.
