Description

1950s / 60s Private unlabelled temporary recording Jamaica Pressing of the Jamaican National Anthem Vocal &  a couple of Instrumental versions. Surely a killer rarity amongst Jamaican singles, and a fun tune to throw on for the close of a sound system set. I could find no reference to this out there, presumably issued for playing at a formal national event 50 odd years ago, like a sports occasion or suchlike. Quite possibly the first recording of the anthem, almost definitely the first post 78rpm version, if there was one. No idea how to price such an unusual record, a piece of history, so market decides.
