Description
This week in the 33anda3rd list we are offering the first part of a collection of Avant, Improv and Concrete music, many exquisite works in tiny print runs from a single cherished collection. Some never seen on ebay in the past 5 years.
1958 Kurt Leimer 4th Piano Concerto featuring the composer as piano soloist , with the VPO conducted by Roger Wagner Original UK Decca LXT 5486 with orange and silver deep grooved labels and 1A2A stampers. The playing surfaces to this are absolutely spotless. A stereo exists of this, and is considered the rarest of all SXL's, with one having gone here on ebay in 2006 for £1850, (about $3700), and that had scuffs - this does'nt. Clean sleeve is 1st type fully laminated curved cut flipback, with a printers dating of November 1958. It has the original unmarked "High Precision Product" inner.
Pristine Near Mint Lp with clean labels, no marks of any nature to the playing surfaces, Near Mint Sleeve. A very well preserved 1st mono issue of this super rare recording.
Look at others in a strong collectible C20th list, a great week for these from me.
Same low start no reserve on everything regardless of value.
