Description
1965 THE BEATLES LP 'HELP' - SCARCE STEREO ISSUE (PCS 3071).
PHOTO OF SIGNED 'COPY' OF HELP FILM POSTER INCLUDED FOR GOOD MEASURE. Good Reference Material for assessing authenticity of their autographs.
SCARCE FIRST PRESSING!!
VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION with just one 1/4 inch hairline on last track of side one and a couple more hardly visible ones on side two.(otherwise unmarked).
WE HAVE PLAYED THIS RECORD AND THE SOUND QUALITY ON BOTH SIDES IS FINE.
FOR DETAILS OF MATRIX NUMBERS/ STAMPERS ETC SEE REPLY BELOW TO EARLIER QUESTION FROM POTENTIAL BUYER.
There are quite a few light spindle marks on the labels and a bit of wear around the edges of the centre holes which would indicate that this record has been played and enjoyed many times. The condition of the vinyl however would indicate that the original owner handled this record with much TLC.
COVER HAS A FEW SCUFFS, BENDS AND DISCOLOURATION AND A STRIP OF CELLOTAPE ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE HAS BEEN CAREFULLY APPLIED TO REPAIR A COUPLE OF TEARS. MIDWAY ALONG THE TOP SEAM THERE IS A 2 INCH STRIP WHERE THE LAMINATE HAS GIVEN WAY AND A 1/8 INCH SPLIT HAS OCCURED. THE SPINE IS INTACT ALBEIT WITH A FEW CREASES AND THE SCRIPT IS CLEAR
ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THIS SCARCE EARLY STEREO VINYL, WITH A REASONABLE COVER.
