Texas Garage band from 1966--THE FIVE CANADIANS--Writing On The Wall/Goodnight--DOMAR -1120. This is NEW OLD STOCK from a record distributorship, which I purchased in the late 1970s. It was in the inventory, along with a few others on the DOMAR label. I lived in San Antonio from 1962 to 1987 and owned a record store in the 70s and 80s, as well. We dealt in Oldies, Hard-To-Find, and Collectibles. This group was not Canadian at all, but the name the Five Americans had already been taken. If I remember correctly, some of these guys were in the Air Force and based in San Antonio. While this is a new record I hear a very slight click on Goodnight at 14 seconds into the clip and a slightly louder one at the very end. So, I can only rate this a NEAR MINT MINUS. Just grading visually it would be Near Mint--it is new. This is a great example of Texas Punk Rock--with lots of power and energy. The flip side, Goodnight is a ballad. The volume control button is just to the right of the time window. High bidder will pay shipping, as well as insurance and tracking. I will use the cheapest method to accomplish that.
