You are bidding on (20) AUTHENTIC 1975 hype stickers from the Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here 1st pressing album cover. This particular sticker is the actual sticker used for the WYWH album cover! Definitely a must-have for your Pink Floyd collection. What makes this sticker so rare? These stickers were put on the blue shrink wrap outside of the sealed record album. So to find one unused, mint condition is AMAZING! I've been collecting Pink Floyd memorabilia for nearly 25 years and i've never seen anything like it. The sticker is backed on the thin parchment-like paper that stickers are usually backed on. You are bidding on a roll of 20 stickers!
Each sticker measures 4 5/8 inches in diameter. It shows the mechanical handshake, four elements, and the words, "Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here." The edge of the sticker reads, "Shine On You Crazy Diamond - Welcome to the Machine - Have a Cigar - Wish You Were Here, 33453, P © 1975 Pink Floyd Music Limited, Manufactured by Columbia Records, CBS Inc. 51 West 52nd Street, N.Y., N.Y., ® Columbia, Marcas Reg." If you have Wish You Were Here on vinyl and the original hype sticker is dirty and/or damaged, you can replace it with a sticker in FLAWLESS condition!
This roll of 20 stickers was sold to me by a Pink Floyd collector who obtained them from a vintage record store owner! It was expensive but worth every penny!
