This is a limited edition Original Master Recordings Boxed Set. Released in 1982, it is number 15,562 of 25,000 made. It comes with all the original booklets and even the registration certificate. All but one of the albums are virgin, and have never been played. These are considered NEW. The seventh album of the set (The Revolver Album) was played once, so it is classified as MINT. When this disk is closely examined, it is not apparent that it was played. All disks appear virgin.
This set is comparable in condition to sets that are selling for one to two thousand dollars or more!
This set was a Christmas gift to me from a legendary manager/producer, and I am the original owner. The outside box shows shelf wear, which isn't bad for it being over thirty years old. This boxed set includes 14 disks, it's original certificate of authenticity, a booklet with all album covers and notes, and a Geo-Disk for calibrating your stylus for optimal playback. See pictures.

Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) pressed a second run of the Beatles Box Set for a total production run of 25,000 over the next two years or until October 1985. Today, this collection can fetch over several thousand dollars for a mint condition set at auction. Each album was pressed on PURE VIRGIN NEW black vinyl by the Victor Company of Japan ensuring superior sound quality. EACH DISC IS SO PURE THAT WHEN PLACED IN FRONT OF A LIGHT IT BECOMES ALMOST TRANSPARENT. The album covers were replaced with photographs of tape boxes and log sheet.
