This is for a early pressing 1981 record / album titled "Diary of a Madman" by Ozzy Osbourne, with Randy Rhodes on lead guitar (Killed in a Plane Crash shortly after this release) on Jet Records and label marked "FZ-37492" and "AL-37492" with 8 songs including:

We saw Ozzy play this LP live, at the Texas Jam.  KILLER!!!!

The Dead Wax / Matrix on side one is marked "P AL 37492-1C" and "Columbia NY.". 

CONDITION - This record / album is in Near Mint, NO scratches.  The COVER is in great shape with NO rips, tears or damage and NO writing.  This is NOT a former discount bin record so there are NO rips, cuts, slices or holes, there is some tape on the top corners to keep it from coming apart.  Sleeve is original with lyrics and band picture.  Please see pictures.
