Hard to believe it has been 50 years already! With this summer marking the fiftieth anniversary of Woodstock, we are listing three items that are a must for any devotee. We are proud to offer in this auction a rare 3 album test pressing by Presswell Records for Atlantic. In separate auctions we are offering sheets of camera assignments for the crew documenting this historic counter cultural music festival, and a milk bottle from Yasgers Farm. This three album set was recorded between August 15-18,with Eddie Kramer as sound engineer. These Test Pressings are dated April 20th and 22nd,1970 the album was later released on May 11,1970. In very good condition their jackets are plain white sleeves with hand written annotations. The first album is marked Woodstock 3-500 Prod. Side 2- st ctn. 701883b and Side 5- st ctn. 701884b. It includes the Fish Cheer, Joe Hill and Judy Blue Eyes as well as Sea of Madness by Country Joe Fish Mcdonald, Joan Baez and Crosby Stills Nash and Young. Side 5 would have Volunteers performed by Jefferson Airplane as well as Dance to the Music, Music Lover, I want To Take You Higher by Sly and The Family Stones and Rainbows all Over You. The second album is side 6, which is marked Woodstock Side 6 3-55 St ctn.701882a and st ctn. 701882b. Contained on this side is Love March by the Butterfield Blues Band as well Hendrix's sizzling Star Spangled Banner, Purple Haze and solo, who can forget / remember? The third album is also of Side 5 and is marked 3-500 st ctn. 701884a. As well as the music there is crowd noise  and stage announcements.
