Rare and top shelf Mississippi John Hurt Okeh in worn condition in a green stock 78 sleeve autographed by Mississippi John Hurt in 1964.     Signal weakened by wear. Tics and crackle, sticks one groove on "Louis Collins.  Quiet background.  
Also quite rare and seldom offered is the Hurt autograph.  Dated July 11, 1964 it was obtained by collector Ken Swerilas the week that Hurt was in Los Angeles for a booking at the legendary Ash Grove club.   Sleeve has a seam split on right side.
While the 78 is certainly playable, the two together make a great framed wall piece paying homage to one of the legendary pre-war bluesmen.  
The Patton reference in title line is an advance notice that I will be offering a Charley Patton Paramount in E condition in my first 2020 auction on January 6th, so be sure to check my listings that week.
