AC/DC
Iconic 1984 LP!
'74 Jailbreak
Mastered by Robert Ludwig with his initials "RL" in the deadwax! Robert (Bob) Ludwig is a famous mastering engineer and his initials means the pressing is guaranteed to sound awesome!! I have 5 other AC/DC with RL listed. Check them out!
Graded Cover/Record
And check out the cool inner sleeve. You can't get this with CD's or digital downloads anymore!
I am selling off my entire Pop, Rock and Roll, Jazz and Surf record collection that I have been collecting for over 40 years. Up for bid is a nice LP original pressing of AC/DC!
If you're a record collector and audiophile, the cover condition is not the important part. It is the fact that the vinyl are in super clean VG+ (almost Near MINT) condition! Warm analog sound! Remember that the 1980's vinyl and notably Atlantic vinyl is the best sounding with great warm bass and sweet mids. Definitely better than all that artificially EQ'd CD rerelease crap with noise reduction and artificial enhancements. You will definitely hear the difference! Atlantic vinyl from the 1980's sounds awesome! Note that I have conservatively graded everything. In other words, if a record is graded VG+, it is more than likely closer to Near Mint.
AC DC: ’74 Jailbreak Atlantic: VG/VG Vinyl is graded a very conservative VG condition but plays super clean without surface noise. There are light hairlines and scratches and superficial scuffs from taking out of the inner sleeve. Sound is fantastic as usual due to Masterdisk “RL” in the deadwax both sides. Robert Ludwig mastered vinyl!!! Forget about the recent vinyl releases. This vinyl is the one to have! Sounds awesome and warm with great definition at all octaves! I have played this and it sounds warm and dynamic (if heavy metal is capable of sounding warm)! Inner sleeve is in super clean condition and is still very crisp. Cover has ring wear, light hairline scratching and small price sticker on upper front cover but still clean.
Sound Quality: A fantastic sounding album and it sounds fantastic! You all know that the 70's and 80's vinyl pressings are the way to go and the recording, mastering, quality, and sound are FANTASTIC! You won't find this stuff anymore. Just take a listen for yourself like I did. Nice warm analog sound before compact discs and the ugly heavy hand of digital artifacts, noise reduction, EQ, loudness and compression!
Condition: I grade according to Goldmine standards. That means a VG+ vinyl will be just that, an LP that is in beautiful condtion! I am very picky when it comes to grading and grade to Goldmine standards. I absolutely hate it when dealers ameliorate the condition of the vinyl!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially when I am the buyer!! All my LP's have been stored in my house upright on a shelf in an air conditioned and dry environment, meaning no warping, staining or mildew!
Track Listing: Please see the photos! If you need more photos or a better description, please let me know and I will gladly describe it in detail for you.
Shipping: Shipping will be via USPS Media Mail $5 and $.25 for each additional LP and will be mailed in a sturdy LP mailer. International bidders, please wait for an invoice. I combine shipping for multiple wins.
