Description
For auction here is an original UK 1st press mono copy of AFTERMATH by THE ROLLING STONES dating from 1966 on the DECCA label.
The catalogue number is LK4786. The matrix numbers are: side 1 XARL-7209-6B and side 2 XARL-7210-6A.
Visually the vinyl easily grades EX, bright and shiny hardly a mark. I have played it through and it sounds great. There is no noticeable background noise, just a little light static on the run in.
There are no scratches or warps and it does not jump or stick. The labels are mint with no tears, writing or spindle wear. It looks as though it hasn't had very many plays.
The polylined inner sleeve is free from writing, tears and splits but has discolouration so grades VG+.
The front laminated cover is in VG+ condition. There are no splits or writing, just some light staining and discolouration on the back and a small area of damage on the front lower right corner.
The spine is 100% legible.
A rare opportunity to buy a classic 60s LP in really nice condition.
P&P £3.00 in the UK, £4.50 Europe, £8.00 Rest Of The World
