Description
The original UK vinyl issue of Air's 2000 LP, containing their excellent score to Sofia Coppola's film adaptation of the Jeffery Eugenides novel. Released on the Virgin/Source label.
The sleeve is very nice condition overall. The main issues are some general wear at the outer corners, and some creases around the top and inner edges. The sleeve is unlaminated, so the black background shows some light signs of wear from rubbing against other sleeves, and some very light signs of rim wear. These were there from new. Unfortunately, this was the last copy in the shop when I purchased it, and the vinyl edition had already been deleted, so ordering another copy was not an option.
The album was transferred straight to cassette at the time of purchase, so has only been played two or three times at most, and one of those plays was to grade it for this auction. The record is in as-new condition, still retaining that just-new sheen, and sounds fantastic. There is some very general marking on the surface, but this was there from new, and is from the manufacturing stage. This is overall a very nice example of this now hard-to-find vinyl release.

All records tested on Technics record deck on National Panasonic SGE5090 Music Centre, through Sennheiser HD497 headphones.

All items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard in the UK. I have not found any problems using this service generally, but I appreciate that other people prefer to use recorded delivery.
