AL HALABI – 2 Palestinian LPs LOT (Tarifiphone & Al Fan Songs…1960s?)

Here are two mysterious Arabic LPs, seemingly from Palestine. The artist is listed as Al Halabi (a demonym meaning “of Aleppo”), but one of the LPs is actually slated as being produced by Tarifiphone from Ramallah (you can hear it yourself in the second half of the soundclip). Both albums are very, very raw folk, seemingly recorded live, and they arrived to me as you them here – not even in outer jackets, just the individual LPs by themselves with no info. So I unfortunately can’t say more, except that I’m sure they’re pretty rare…how many Palestinian-produced LPs are there (as opposed to LPs of Palestinian artists released in Lebanon, Egypt, etc.)? I only have five, and here are two of them.

Condition: Records are VG to G. The “Al Fan” LP is the rougher of the two, and is the first half of the soundclip above (0:00 to about 6:17). Both have surface noise, clicks, and pops. Please note that as mentioned above I do not have sleeves for these LPs, so I will be sending them in an unrelated sleeve for protective purposes, so as to prevent them from further damage.
