This one is an original mono pressing of Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers' MEET YOU AT THE CORNER OF THE WORLD VOL. 1. Blue Note Records BLP-5054. This is an original issue from Blue Note Records, not a reissue version of Classic Records or Analog Production. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder with "RVG" and "EAR" stamped on the dead wax of both sides.
Deep Groove on Side 2 only.
Address on labels: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 47 WEST 63rd., NYC". The cover is the 1st version laminated cover with no address on the back cover and with printed spine.
The vinyl plays ALMOST LIKE NEW on both sides. Play smooth with Blue Note fidelity.
The cover is VG++ due to small stamp and small pen mark on the back. Strong, no crack, no split. Spine is intact and readable.
The record is play graded. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.
My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied. And I will accept a free return. Please bid with confidence.
