ART HODES & HIS CHICAGOANS - BEST IN 2 BEAT / BLUE NOTE BLP 7004 / 1953
Original DG 767 Lexington Ave. NYC 10" Blue Note lp.
Jacket is VG+, it has no writings, shows some moderate wear & seams wear and some years yellowing, looks fine.
Disc is nice VG, surface keeps its nice gloss and shows lite thin hairlines & sleeve scuffs, nothing deep at all, record plays fine all through with some background surface noise that does not prevent an enjoyable listening experience, music is upfront, clean labels.
Disc was thoroughly tested using a Nagaoka Stylus MP-200 / ST 70 amp & Dynaco Pas-3 pre amp with its blend switch adjusted to Mono.
