Description

ARTIE SKEPPARD
A: I'm The Boogaloo Man
B: It's The Boogaloo
[HENDRIX MUSIC, SS 1005, SWEDEN]

IMPOSSIBLY RARE pounding latin boogaloo / mod / northern soul dancer which up until about a year ago was totally unknown. VERY FEW copies has turned up since then and demand has grown. This 45 was recorded and only released in Sweden. Have a listen below! Both sides are TOTAL FLOORFILLERS.

The sleeve is signed by Artie himself to a guy named "Sven" and has got a christmas greeting from Artie as well! It seems like Artie has corrected the last name on the sleeve to "Sheppard" (which would make sense!) instead of "Skeppard"... The person responsible for the printing on this sleeve really screwed up... or what can you say about "In The Boogaloo Man" instead of "I'm The Boogaloo Man"!

Sleeve condition: EX- (some 1cm tears at top)
Vinyl condition: EX+ (very close to M-)

SOUNDCLIP:

Double-click on the "play" button above to listen to SOUND CLIPS of both sides! If the player above doesn't work, click HERE to listen to the MP3.
