NM and playgraded copy of this very rare first issue UK HMV stereo LP, superb recording, NM vinyl, sleeve is VG+


PLEASE NOTE:  You are bidding on an original 1960s’ vinyl - this will not have completely silent surfaces, even when in unplayed condition - but the sound and recording quality is generally excellent.  If you are looking for absolutely perfect blemish-free reproduction, please bear this in mind.

  • Played by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Rudolf Kempe

  • Vinyl appears NM, excellent gloss, flat, looks barely played.

  • Playgraded NM. Plays EX to NM without any problems, clear dynamics, lovely rich sound without distortion or static on my system. (Please note that some needles will pick up more noise than others) a few very light clicks here and there. Has been cleaned with a Okki Nokki Machine but could probably benefit from a subsequent cleaning.

  • Labels EX++ : Tiny spindle trail visible on side 2 (Check photo) Very nice condition for the labels.

  • Front laminated flipback sleeve is VG+ mainly due to some surface wear along the opening side in the back (Check photo). Front is nice, again with the same wear on the very edge of the opening side. Firm spine.
