Description
I am selling an early mis-pressed version of the LP "Abbey Road" by The Beatles. Released by Apple & EMI Records in Great Britain, catalog #PCS 7088. This edition has the title of the last song "Her Majesty" on the inner vinyl label, but not on the back cover. The street grating on the front cover is also visible near Ringo's foot, and in later versions of this album the picture is cropped so that you can't see it. These 2 minor issues on the cover make it a "mis-pressed edition". Vinyl and labels are near mint! Cover is also in great shape with minimal shelf wear other than a small section along the top seam that is beginning to come unglued. A small dab of glue would fix this issue. Includes original EMI inner sleeve. Please see photos of back cover and labels for more details. Back cover states "printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd".
Shelf reference # (LPE-159)
