Description
Alex Chilton Dusted in Memphis 1980 Bangkok Productions.
Da Bling
- Condition: M-/M- (played once).
- Condition note: This item is, as Discogs diplomatically states, an "Unofficial Release".
Consequently, the quality of the vinyl is not up to 1980's Japanese facsimile standards, to say the least.
The the vinyl shows surface anomalies; however, i purchased several copies upon
release in the early '80s and these anomalies are consistent across copies & do not affect play.
After purchase, the vinyl was played once to verify audio—hence the M-, placed
in VRP-sleeve, & stored appropriately. Legendary recording! Thanks to Bill Wikstrom.
btw: To experience V–I–N–Y–L, get any item in 80's Japanese facsimile series Atlantic R&B Forever 1500. - 1980; Bangkok Productions; "For Promotional Use Only".
- track A2 on sleeve: "The Walking Dead"; however on label: "Walking Dead".
track A5 on sleeve: "Baron Of Love Pt. One"; however on label: "Baron Of Love Pt. II". - Runout: side-A—"?BIG AL SIDE 1 SS" & side-B—"BIG AL SIDE 2 SS".
- 12" 33?rpm LP vinyl.
- Discogs release: #3366530.
