Label Description: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address, RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax, also deep groove.

Grade & Description (cover): M-     A hint of ring wear, otherwise excellent in every other way. Signed in black marker on the back by Art Blakey.

Grade & Description (record): M-     Superb, seldom if ever played.

Additional Notes:   The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
