PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. CLEAN ...ORIGINAL 1968 first pressing vinyl, on the highly collected 'TOWER Records' label, a thick old sixties pressing, all in fine keeper shape (( clean ))
Try it -- The last STANDELLS album, this contained possibly their best moments ever, the single Try it which after being banned by most radio stations because of it's suggestive lyrics failed to chart. The Standells' final studio album is a strong effort, a lot more than the outstanding title track. The early Pink Floyd-like "All Fall Down," "Barracuda," and especially "Riot on Sunset Strip" are top-notch garage-punkers... A full garage classic album, its said that this is their greatest record, with great songs like "Trip To Paradaise", the great and melancholic version of "St James Infirmary", classic fuzzed/farfisa organ punkers like "Barracuda", "Did You Ever Have That Feeling". You can realize the great capacity of not only good and strong songs... but great lyrics too ! in this case..."Poor Shell Of A Man". And the classic "Riot on Sunset Strip".

CONDITION: The cover is very solid, VG++ just a little bit if shelf wear starting, hardly any ...otherwise bright and vibrant, this is a HARD one to find even THIS clean with the black cover nearly always full of shelf wear = here a collection worthy copy = having only a very small sticker pull at upper right corner (minor! = see photo!) ...otherwise clean...the back cover is snow white clean ...no wear (M-) ... no seam splits, no bends, no writing and NO delete marks .....again, the dark front cover is usually found, IF found, with heavy wear ...this cover, no one would put it down, a collection keeper!
The vinyl is a very clean acceptable VG++ with only a couple minor scuffs, play graded *clean* all the way, enjoyable... with CLEAN "TOWER" labels...collection worthy for sure...don't miss!
