BASTARDS Danger / Impossibilities (Zaki Records (Zaki 02), Switzerland, 1979) 7"
Condition: Sleeve in very good+ condition (small woc); vinyl in excellent- condition,
Legendary Swiss punk classic will be the showpiece of any serious punk collection. Only 500
Singles were made and all three tracks are sung in English. The old-school classic "Impossibilities"
includes great female vocals and is often called the Swiss answer to the AVENGERS from San Francisco.
Also appears on the punk sampler BACK TO FRONT #1. "Schizo Terrorist"was born with brilliant
guitar hero riffs, topped with fantastic lyrics. This track is sung with two, male and female, vocalists.
The last smasher ’Danger’ is wild flipped-out punk with male vocals.
Geneva-based punk band fronted by Marie-Pierre (female voice) and Sandro Sursock (male voice)
with lone release. Marie-Pierre later on resurfaced in ELECTRIC TOYS and Sandro in ZERO HEROES;
both bands can be heard on fantastic 'Palladium' compilation released in '81!
