Description
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.
All photos are of the actual item on sale. I do not use stock or 'borrowed' images.

Rare 1963 Original '5th' Press with K Tax Code!
On offer here is an original 1963 copy of the Beatles debut LP 'Please Please Me'. This is the standard '5th' press with 'Parlophone' rimtext, 'Recording' text and no Sold in UK statement.
This is a very decent copy of this rare LP. It was issued at the absolute height of Beatlemania and, because of this, the vast majority of copies were played into the ground and completely trashed. It's very, very difficult to find an original copy in this very nice, clean condition! Check out the photos and description!
Not only that, but this copy for some reason features just a K as a stamper code. Obviously an error, but I've never seen this before in my decades of collecting!

Day Side 1 Matrix Number XEX 421-1N Side 2 Matrix Number XEX 422-1N Side 1 Stampers 2 / HR Side 2 Stampers 3 / LA Sleeve Condition The sleeve is in VG+ condition. The sleeve is holding up fine with no splits or tears or anything. There's just some light, general wear and a little, light browning on the back as you can see in the photos below. Nice example of this original sleeve! Inner Sleeve Condition The inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. This is an original 'handling' inner with plastic lining and is holding fine. The plastic lining is stuck nice and tight and hasn't pulled away. There's some light creasing and wear along the opening, but there're no splits or tears or anything and, overall, is holding okay. Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in EX+ condition. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DISC HAS A SMALL WARP IN IT! I have taken a photo to try and show this small warp. I have no idea if this warp affects play. My grading for this disc is purely visual. The playing surface has a wonderfully clean, sharp shine to it and just some light, faint scuffing in places. Looking really nice! So hard to find original discs of this condition! Label Condition The labels are in EX+ condition. The labels are clean with just the very faintest of little rubs here and there. The text is bright and there are no tears, stickers etc. Both labels have just a little, faint spindlewear and a touch of whitening around the centrehole.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

My Regarding Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
