The Beatles - 'White Album' No '0084007'. PCS 7067/7068
The Beatles 1968 UK 1st stereo pressing of the 'White Album' LP. Released on the 22nd November 1968, this was the first release by The Beatles which contains purely solo material. This is a wonderful and fully complete example of one of The Beatles finest and rarest LP's complete with a low numbered cover. Both vinyls are in particularly nice condition grading between VERY GOOD+ and EXCELLENT+ condition. The cover is also in great condition with only some wear to the top spine holding it back from grading at full EXCELLENT condition.
Released on the dark UK Apple label, all four sides of the vinyl feature the 'Sold in The UK ....' statement. This comes complete with the original top opening sleeve which has embossed 'THE BEATLES' and the unique low number of '0084007'. The sleeve is the correct UK 1968 1st STEREO edition with 'Stereo' wording printed very small on the back cover. The vinyls are housed within the correct original black die cut inner sleeves. The original 'lipstick kiss' poster is included and all four colour photographs which are taken from a later issue.
The matrix numbers are:.
Side 1: YEX 709-1 HA 1. Side 2: YEX 710-1 LH 2. Side 3: YEX 711-1 HR 5. Side 4:YEX 712-1 GML 4
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition side one VERY GOOD+ condition side two EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition side three and EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition side four.
All four sides of the vinyl have been play tested with NO faults. Light crackle between tracks. A great sounding copy.
All labels are in EXCELLENT+ condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition. But has wear to the top the spine otherwise this would grade higher.
The inner sleeves grade between GOOD+/VERY GOOD+ condition. I will also include additional white sleeves for extra protection.
The poster is in GOOD+ condition. Seam splits along a few folds.
The four pictures are in EXCELLENT condition.
This LP will be very carefully packaged. The vinyl will be removed from the original back inner sleeves during transit and housed in additional inner sleeves. UK recorded postage is: £4.00. EU recorded postage is: £10.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £16.95. Combined postage is available.
