Description
BEATLES - rare flexi disc - "The Beatles German Medley". "A Souvenir from the Beatles' 20th Anniversary - Not For Sale". A promotional item made only for Rochester NY's House Of Guitars in 1982 or 83 in a limited edition of only 1000. Several different promo flexis were made that year, most for a different store. The HOG one is the rarest.
Appears to be separated into multiple tracks (banded): Excerpt From Christmas Message 1963, Komm Gib Mir Deine Hand, Sie Liebt Dich, Excerpt From Christmas Message 1965.
Original USA pressing. The blue record part (flexi) appears to be Near Mint, or NM-. It's still attached to the white cardboard backing as it was when issued, with small dabs of glue at bottom only. The cardboard (Beatles pic on front, catalog pics on back) is close to NM except it has a moisture stain near top - centered around Paul's head- which has left some small spots of varying colors. This is on front only, under the flexi part. Neither flexi nor backing has any creases so it should (and does) play perfectly. As you know, creases and bends are the enemies of flexi and one crease, one time, can make them unplayable. This is perfect in that regard. Also, there's no scuffing or rub wear on front, on the grooves.
An ALMOST perfect copy.
