THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME
on PARLOPHONE RECORDS -PMC1202 - MONO (1963) - Original UK issue LP on the Yellow and Black Parlophone label, this record was bought in 1963, and has not been played much since then.
Heavyweight vinyl is in near mint condition. It has not been played very much, vinyl is nice and shiny, almost like new. Under a bright light I can see just a few barely visible surface hairline marks, these do not affect play in any way, and it sounds very very good - with no distortion or background noise, even in the silence in between songs it is really hard to hear any noise. This record plays and sounds like new, and sounds stunning!
Labels are in excellent condition, some very light spindle marking.
The original laminated sleeve printed and made by Ernest J. Day Ltd. is in excellent condition, some corner and edge wear, nice shiny front and clean back.
Original "use Emitex" lined inner sleeve is in excellent to near mint condition, no splits.
(see photos).
matrix / pressing no's are : XEX421-1N (1 - GAR) and XEX422-1N ( 4 - GAO)
shipped in a protective plastic sleeve.
