"This very rare 16 LP set was originally issued only as a gift, at the introduction of Capitol Records commercial line of computer software in 1984. This exclusive set was manufactured in very small numbers and was only given to Capitol executives and close friends of the company, in celebration of the launch of Capitol’s Data Systems Division. It rarely appears on the collectors market and is a collector’s must have! 
The slipcase is silver with black print 'Compliments of Capitol Data Systems a Division of Capitol Records'. "
This extremely rare box set was obtained from a former Capitol Records employee, who has kept the box in storage since it's release.
Box is SEALED with shrink opened across top (see photo) and a few small openings in the shrink and has generally light storage wear, with some light dings to a few of the corners, one small split in the bottom right front corner (about 3/4" - see photo); LPs are individually sealed within.  
Because of the value, this item will only ship PRIORITY MAIL/INSURED at buyer's expense.  International bidders, please be aware of your shipping costs BEFORE bidding, and please wait for the invoice before making payment.

Domestic packages are shipped Media Mail w/delivery confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Delivery time with Media Mail is usually 7 days from ship date, but has been known to take over 2 weeks in some cases, please be aware of this. Priority Mail is available upon request, you may contact us for a quote. Please understand shipping rates are determined by weight and location. If you are on the east coast, you may expect Priority Mail shipping to be $11 for a single LP. 
International packages valued at under $75 will ship First Class, unless otherwise specified.
International packages valued at $75 or more will ship Priority Mail/insured, unless otherwise specified. This is for your protection and ours, and the only way to insure more valuable items.  Both shipping rates can be calculated within the listing. Please be aware of your shipping cots prior to bidding. Insurance price is based upon final sales price. We will NOT under-value a package for customs. If the final selling price is $75 or higher, please wait for the invoice before making payment. 
We do not accept bids from the Russian Federation or Italy. Sorry, no exceptions. 
We ship once a week - Friday morning. Paid items are packed Wednesday & Thursday. Therefore, we recommend prompt payment to insure same-week shipping and thus the fastest possible delivery. We schedule most of our auctions to close on Mondays, in order to provide ample time for payment. Please be aware that items paid for AFTER Thursday morning will most likely ship the Friday of the following week. 
We pack our items carefully. LP's are removed from jackets, packed in sturdy cardboard mailers specifically designed for LPs, and secured with bubble wrap and other insulation. Double-boxing is available upon request, though additional charges for materials and weight will apply.  We are happy to combine multiple items in a single shipment. Again, if you are a winning bidder, please let us know if your waiting for an additional auction to close before shipping. Additional shipping charges for single LPs are $.50 each/media, $2 each/priority or $4 each/international. Limit 3 single LPs (ie. 4 lbs.) for international shipping at these rates. Double LPs count as 2 LPs.  Does not include box sets.  If you are unsure how to calculate postage, please wait for an invoice.
