The Beatles Revolver LP was the 7th album released by the fab four on the 5th of August 1966. It reached number 1 for 7 weeks and stayed in the charts for 34 weeks.

Vinyl: EX. There are some very VERY faint whisper marks to both sides. Wonderfully well looked after! Nothing to affect play....Superb sound, just a bit of background crackle due to dust in the grooves...a good clean and she'll be a joy in any collection. Unusual to find this rare album in such a gorgeous condition.

FLAT, FLAT...FLAT!

Labels: Ex-. "SOLD IN THE U.K." central text. "THE GRAMOPHONE CO.." rim text, to both sides. A few spindle marks, only visible when angled to the light.

Prominant, raised "KT" Tax code Side 2.

Sleeve: VG. Nice, original, top right 'Stereo' cover. It does have some small areas of spidering to the cover and opening. The Spine is still lovely and strong, with "Revolver The Beatles" still clearly visible. The two bottom left and right corners have a degree of wear, as they are a tad crumpled. Good strong Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks, with the bottom flipback having the worst damage. The worst part about this cover are the two splits; One to the top, 3cm and one to the bottom, 19cm. There's also a small split to the opening of 4cm.

Inner: Original "EMI" inner. It is in superb condition...Near Mint!...Which would explain why the record has been kept in such fab condition too.

All in all, this is a very nice copy of an increasingly rare album...Grab this for a replacement vinyl and maybe a filler for the cover.

Please see my feedback for fair gradings.... 'Mint' means I have just stepped out of the record shop in the 60's, never opened the record, nor played it and kept it in fantasticly dry and warm condtitons...unlikely isn't it!!
