On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE BEATLES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE PARLOPHONE LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'DARKER GREEN' INSERT (LATER ONES WERE LIGHTER GREEN INSTEAD!), AND 'RED/WHITE' INNER SLEEVE - WHICH IS FOR ONCE COMPLETELY UNSPLIT, WITH NO REPAIRS EITHER!!!!

THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT HAS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET FOR THIS LP!!!!  FOR NOT ONLY DOES THIS LP HAVE THE 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIXES - BUT IT ALSO HAS INCREDIBLY EARLY 1/A AND 2/M MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS!!!!  THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THIS LP WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE VERY FIRST WEEK OF PRESSING, WAY BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE!!!!  AND ALWAYS TAKING THE LOWEST STAMPER FIRST - 1/A IS ONLY THE 3RD STAMPER EVER USED, AND INDICATES THAT THIS LP WAS ONE OF THE FIRST 900 COPIES EVER MADE!!!!  AND THIS EXPLAINS WHY THIS LP HAS THE ULTRA RARE 'WIDE SPINE' GATEFOLD COVER, WHICH WAS ONLY EVER USED ON THE FIRST 5000 STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE!!!!  THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - AND THE CHANCES OF EVER FINDING ANOTHER ONE AGAIN, ARE VIRTUALLY ZERO!!!!

AND IT IS ALSO WORTH NOTING, THAT WHILST FINDING A WIDE SPINE MONO 1ST PRESSING IS VERY COMMON (AS MANY MANY THOUSANDS WERE MADE!), FINDING A STEREO 'WIDE SPINE' 1ST PRESSING IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF!!!!  AND THAT IS BECAUSE ON THE 'DAY OF RELEASE' IN 1967 - 90% OF 'DAY OF RELEASE' COPIES WERE SOLD IN COMMON MONO (THE DOMINANT FORMAT AT THE TIME) WITH ONLY 10% EVER BEING SOLD IN STEREO!!!!  AND IN FACT, 10% IS PROBABLY GENEROUS, AS ALMOST EVERY BUYER OF THIS LP STILL HAD A MONO DANSETTE OR ITT PLAYER IN 1967 - WITH STEREO SYSTEMS BEING HUGELY EXPENSIVE TO BUY!!!!  AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY FINDING A 'WIDE SPINE' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN MEGA RARE STEREO IS SO INCREDIBLY RARE (AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!)!!!!

No is PCS 7027 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASN'T BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, NO nasty 'tick' marks AT ALL, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves (barely ANY elsewhere AT ALL!)!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Red/White' inner sleeve which BRILLIANT condition (apart from a few light creases!), and is COMPLETELY UNSPLIT with absolutely NO repairs AT ALL!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE 'DARKER GREEN' INSERT IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASNT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' WIDE SPINE Flipback FULLY Laminated STEREO Cover is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition for once!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (SUPERB vertical UNCRUSHED 'Wide Spine'!), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO splits, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), VERY shiny laminate, NO rips, NO tears, only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to a couple of the corner tips, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the laminated inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, SUPERB flipbacks, STUNNING shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better - and is very VERY close to a grade above!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY WITH AN ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS 'WIDE SPINE' COVER!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
