BEATLES UK – Beatles for Sale, mis press one EMI box labels.
PCS 3062 - 1969 Stereo, black and silver one EMI box Parlophone labels.
An early UK issue in original condition, featuring:
1. each of the record labels have been mis pressed as the usual text ie, 33 1/3 and the word ‘Stereo’, has not been printed on the labels !.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in excellent condition, the front and rear of the sleeve is laminated. The spine is in excellent+ condition and all the text is clear to read. These fragile sleeves usually wear, over time at the top and bottom of the spine, but not this copy, there are NO splits or tears to the spine. An original early design sleeve that has two visible flipbacks top and bottom, seen inside the gatefold sleeve when it is opened. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stains, stickers or sticker residue.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in near MINT condition and is the original red and white period EMI advertising sleeve. An excellent crease free sleeve that has remained fresh white and very clean. The two opening edges are fresh and clean with no signs of any grubbiness or wear. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stains, stickers or sticker residue.
THE RECORD: is in excellent condition, the playing surfaces have remained very dark and glossy. The record is made from the original thick, heavy vinyl.
The matrix is: YEX 142 - 1 and YEX 143 - 1,
The mother / stampers are: ‘1 6 P M ’ and ‘1 6 O T’.
THE AUDIO: is excellent++, it plays with very little in the way of any back ground crackle, an excellent playing copy. These early issue records are known for their excellent audio quality. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE LABELS: side one is in near excellent condition, side two is in excellent condition. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

PACKING - ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION.BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
