BEATLES UK, Rubber Soul, mis press labels, MINT.
PCS 3075 stereo – circa 1970 mis pressed black and silver Parlophone record labels.
A UK issue album in original condition, featuring:
1. mis pressed record labels, as on side one there is a two EMI box label with the ‘narrower’, ‘Sans Serif’ font, but on side two there is a one EMI box label with the ‘wider’ ‘Sans Serif’ font !,
2. the front photo of these sleeves are usually a dark green in colour, but on this sleeve it appears to have been mis pressed as the front sleeve photo has an unusual ‘blue tint’ to it !,
3. the sleeve features a period factory detail of ‘pinched ends’ top and bottom on the spine.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in MINT condition and looks and smells as if it was bought yesterday. The front of the sleeve is laminated. This laminate is remarkably free from any ‘indentations’ of any ‘scuffing’. There are NO thumb nail creases. The four corners of the sleeve are in MINT condition and the two opening edges are also in MINT condition. The spine is in MINT condition and has remained a brilliant fresh white in colour and all the text on the spine is clear to read. The rear of the sleeve has the period ‘tri flipback’ design. The un laminated rear of the sleeve is in MINT condition and has remained a brilliant fresh and white in colour, with NO grubbiness. There are NO splits, tears, stains, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in MINT condition and is the original period red and white EMI period advertising sleeve. It is white, fresh and clean as the day it was first printed with no creases. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stains, grubby ness, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.
THE RECORD: is in MINT condition. The condition of the record has been graded under normal daylight conditions. The record is made from the original period thick, heavy vinyl. The record looks as if it is unplayed. It has remained in MINT, dark, glossy condition. The record lays flat on the turntable.
The matrix are: YEX 178 - 3 and YEX 179 – 3,
The mother / stampers are: ‘ 2 P C ’ and ‘ 3 A T ’.
THE AUDIO: plays near MINT, a near perfect audio. It plays almost like new with just some light, ‘dusty’ static.
THE LABELS: are in MINT condition and look like a possible just one or two plays only. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.
TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE.

BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
