CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in near excellent condition. The gate fold, two record sleeve is fully laminated. On the front of the sleeve it has the wording ‘The Beatles’ embossed, together with a unique six digit serial number of: ‘141071’. The spine is in very good+ condition, there is some laminate loss and some ‘scuffing’ here and there, but otherwise it has remained white in colour and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. When the gate fold sleeve is opened it is very clean, white and glossy. There are NO tears, splits, pen writing, stains, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVES: are the two original period, white ‘Apple copyright recording’ text inner sleeves. Each sleeve is in excellent+ condition, each with two excellent, clean, unworn opening edges. There are NO tears, splits, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeves. There is some age related ‘foxing’ around the edges.

THE POSTER: the original poster is in excellent+ condition and has remained fresh, clean and white in colour for its age. The poster is made of a moreunusual ‘glossy’ paper. There are NO tears, splits, pen writing, pin holes, sellotape, ‘blue tac’ residue, stickers or sticker residue on the poster. There are some slight age related marks here and there.

THE PHOTOS: the original four photos are in overall near excellent condition. The photo of ‘John’ has a crease to the bottom, right corner. Each of the photos to the rear have some cello tape residue to each corner. There are NO tears, pen writing, pin holes, stickers or sticker residue on the photos.

THE RECORDS: record one, side one is in excellent++ condition, side two is in excellent+ condition. Record two, side three is in excellent condition and side four is in near excellent condition. The two records are made from the period thick, heavy vinyl and have remained very dark and glossy.

The matrix are: YEX 709 - 1, YEX 710 - 1, YEX 711 – 1 and YEX 712 - 1.

The mother / stampers are: ‘1 H O’, ‘4 G D L ’, ‘4 R G P’ and ‘7 G H L’.

THE AUDIO: each side plays excellent, each side plays with some light ‘ticks’ and ‘pops’ heard here and there, but generally each side plays with excellent quiet grooves. The records play with an impressive full, loud and clear powerful period stereo sound. Each record lays flat on the turntable.

THE LABELS: sides one and two are in near excellent condition. Side three is in near MINT condition and side four is in MINT condition. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.
