Description
AFTER A MONTH'S BREAK I'M BACK WITH MORE GREAT PROMO ITEMS FROM A COLLECTION ORIGINALLY OWNED BY A DISC JOCKEY WHO WORKED IN RADIO IN WEST VIRGINIA AND GEORGIA DURING THE MID 1960s, THEN WENT TO WORK AT WOR-FM AND WABC-FM IN NEW YORK CITY DURING THE LATER 1960s - KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS FOR MORE TOP QUALITY ROCK ITEMS!
This is an ORIGINAL 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS 7" 45 STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE WITH AN ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER containing the Beatles songs titled 'A Hard Day's Night'/'I Should Have Known Better'. It is Capitol Records catalog number 5222.
Normally a price sticker applied to a picture sleeve is a bad thing, but not in this particular instance - The original 1964 Grand-Way Stores price sticker was applied across the top open edge of this picture sleeve, preventing the record from being removed from the sleeve. As can be seen in my accompanying image, the price sticker has a small tear but the rest of the sticker is completely intact across the top edge of the sleeve, insuring that the record IS STILL SEALED INSIDE THE PICTURE SLEEVE, HAS NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS PICTURE SLEEVE, AND IS 100% UNTOUCHED PRISTINE MINT. Condition of picture sleeve is VG+ with a little age discoloration, a few slight wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and a little wear along the edges, mainly the top edge, and on the corners. Picture sleeve has no water damage, splits, tears, or writing. Please e-mail me with any questions. This original SEALED PRISTINE Capitol 45 with picture sleeve would be a choice addition to any Beatles record collection! First class mail postage within the U.S. is $3.50. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - REGISTERED WITH SIGNATURE DELIVERY FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE IS $27.50 ($24.50 TO CANADA). BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the 45 WITH PRICE STICKER INTACT ONLY if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
