Description
BILL JENNINGS & BROTHER JACK McDUFF LP, GLIDE ON - I believe this was pressed in 1960. This copy is a 1968 PRESSING on STATUS RECORDS with the identical PRESTIGE FIRECRACKER LABELS as the Prestige pressing. The Status Records address on back cover is the same as Prestige in Bergenfield NJ. This copy has RUDY VAN GELDER'S RVG stamp on both sides indicating that he cut the lacquer. This session was recorded in his Engelwood studio.
The Cover is VG. It has a some ring wear front and back. There's small cuts and small wear to seams and spine. Bottom corners are a touch frayed. Back cover has toning spots, mostly around the perimeter
VINYL is somewhere between VG and VG+. visually has a bit of a light rash from the inner, but It plays great with minimal background. Side A label has writing in pen "VG+ 14.99" see photo. Side 2 label has an affixed address label from a woman named Kitty.. and another small sticker with the number "23".. see photo.
