SONNY ROLLINS: "A NIGHT AT THE VILLAGE VANGUARD" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #1581. Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp! Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both labels. The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides. "EAR" symbol etched and RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Sonny Rollins/tenor sax; Wilbur Ware/bass; Elvin Jones/drums; Donald Bailey/bass; Pete La Roca/drums. The thick laminated cover is in VG+ shape & displays nicely. Small sticker at top right corner on front side and on back side. Minor wear at some corner tips. Small name written on back side only. No serious seam splits, no cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The vinyl is in VG condition, very glossy in spite of some visible wear & scratches. Plays well, no skips. The songs are: Old Devil Moon; Softly As In A Morning Sunrise; Striver's Row; Sonnymoon For Two; A Night In Tunisia; I Can't Get Started. **Original Blue Note Records paper inner sleeve included!**~ See my other eBay auctions of similar collectible LPs!! ~
