Description
Up for your consideration here is "Somethin' Else" by Cannonball Adderley on the Blue Note label, catalog # BLP 1595 . The LP (with deep groove west 63rd labels and RVG stamped and the Plastylite "P"....often referred to as "the ear" etched in the dead wax) is NM-/VG+....super clean. The cover is VG/VG+ with some tiny nicks and chips along the mouth and seams and just very light rubwear. There is a tiny tear on back cover at lower left where the pasted on rear slick is missing. During better financial times, I bought this one from the original owner who bought it new in the 50s. I NEVER pay big money for records anymore, but this one was always a favorite. I paid $1,500 for it in 1999. It plays beautifully....I'll never have another this nice, but while my store is closed during this global pandemic, sacrifices need to be made. I need to pay the rent.
