Description

ARTIST :BOB McFADDEN AND DOR

TITLE :"The Mummy/The Beat Generation"

YEAR/LABEL :1959 CORAL Q72378

McFadden was a talented VO artist. For is none other than Rod McKuen. Stunning CORAL demo on two separate discs. A COMPLETE SET! It was common practice in the 50s and early 60s to release demos on two discs with the flipsides having no labels. The labels also had different colour than the regular release (except maybe DECCA). These are indeed, extremely rare to come by! YOU ARE BIDDING ON TWO RECORDS! Note that index number (rubber-stamped on) and duration (written on with biro) was common practice. You may never come across this complete set of demos on Coral!

DESCRIPTION : Vinyl A is in pristine NMINT condition! Vinyl B is VGOOD PLUS as it has one of the thinnest hairlines running vertically across the grooves but DOES NOT affect playback. Both discs seem to have been played once or twice. Supershiny vinyls. Labels are clean except disc two has a biro mark (see photo). Fresh white generic sleeves.

We are proud and privileged to have been given a large portion of the chezvinyl.com collection to use on eBay. In then next months we will be posting amazing rarities. Please check out my other interesting items. Only rare and Near Mint records!
