Description

Buddy Holly's personally-owned oil painting set in a light brown wooden box, Dating from the 1950's period, The case has a brown leather handle.
This item was sold previously as part of lot 155 at Christie's East, New York sale 29th October 1995, 
And was sold with photocopies of the description and photographs from the original Christie's catalogue, Also including  a copy of the bill of purchase, This same paint set was used to paint several paintings which sold at Heritage auction for $5,000 plus.
This is an reluctant sale, As i need the funds for a new project. Main features of this item also is the used by Buddy Holly paint brush & pots plus oil paints, It also comes with a signed autograph from Buddy Holly's Widow which come with the item from the first auction in the 1990's
