Welcome to my new auction of rare rock n roll, rhythm & blues, and some jazz vinyl LPs.
Buddy Holly (The Chirping Crickets) rare original mono Brunswick LP BL 54038
**This is the first Buddy Holly album and features "Oh, Boy!"**
**Original Black Brunswick label with silver print**
**This is the original authentic U.S. pressing not a reissue**
**Original thick cardbaord cover (American style)**
**Machine stamped matrix number in trail off of vinyl**
Vinyl is shiney but has noticeable marks VG (almost VG+)
Cover is VG for a small tear on the front cover and geberal wear
All records are vintage pressings. We do not sell contemporary reissues/bootlegs.

RECORD GRADING:
NM (Near Mint): Our highest grade. Like new, most likely unplayed.
VG++: A record that has a few visual imperfections that will not affect the sound. Likely played only a handful of times or never at all.
VG+: A few more surface marks than a VG++. The record has probably been played before but well taken care of and should play with very few audible imperfections.
VG: The record will display light surface scuffs and marks. Expect some light surface noise in parts or a few clicks or pops here and there. A VG record will play with very minimal noise and will still be quite enjoyable. We think our VG grade is conservative.
VG-: The record may have some deeper audible scatches. There will be some clicks and pops more consistently than that of a VG record but will play without skipping.
G: The record will have heavy wear and very apparent surface noise.
Poor: Records with this grade should be considered unplayable.
