Description
DETAILS: Original Beatles first pressing of Yesterday and Today, Capitol Records, T2553 Mono, RIAA #6. This is the second state Butcher album cover with the pasted-on cover intact above the 'butcher' image (known as "second state" or "pasteovers"). Ringo Starr's black V-neck shirt from the original cover can be seen through the paste-over to the right of the trunk lid (in alignment with the word "Today" from the album title). Also the left corner has a slither of the original Butcher cover showing.
CONDITION: Record album is in Near Mint condition and still in original factory issued shrink wrap. The plastic wrapping has minor wear but the record cover itself is clean with no seam split whatsoever. Indeed the cover seams The original owner looks to have taped the edge of the plastic shrink wrap so that it did not split. Comes with original issued Capitol Records inner sleeve. Record album is in Very Good condition with moderate wear. Overall a very well preserved record album cover still in it's original wrap. Please see photos for further details.
