Description

The Beatles 1966 Mono Yesterday And Today Capital Records T 2553 with its infamous butcher cover.
This is the 2nd state (paste over unpeeled) version of it and you can easily see Ringo's V from his butcher's coat through the paste over in the scans.
The cover is super clean (see scans),there is a small what looks to be a trivial paste trail from the  paste over along John's side, that hugs along the edge the edge from his knee up and there's a  minimal crimp at the bottom right that has no bearing on the brilliance of this cover.
The spine is in great condition and has no splits at the seams.
RIAA #6  pressed in Los Angeles.
The rear cover has some yellowing and wear and very light spots to it, nothing bad or affecting the cover on the other side,which is what this is all about in the first place.
This comes with the original Capital Records inner sleeve which is in really nice shape.
The original mono record is included,it is not in the best condition and I wouldn't grade its  condition above a Good,but once again….This is all about the cover and its condition in  this particular case….Collectors just care about getting the best cover possible when it comes  to this Beatles album and this cover is a BEAUTY!
