Description
This item is a 45rpm single by The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night / I Should Have Known Better with the picture sleeve included. United Artists 750, sometimes referred to as the Blue Sleeve version of this release. Technically, the record is not a Beatles release. It is actually an instrumental release by George Martin and His Orchestra, recorded as part of the soundtrack for the movie release of "A Hard Day's Night".
As far as I know, this is an authentic original picture sleeve. But I am NOT an expert at Beatles memorabilia. Based on what I have read and seen, it is NOT a reproduction. For instance, the typography on the front is sharp (not blurry), often cited as a sign of an authentic sleeve. I have owned this single/sleeve for decades and I know that's not proof that it's an authentic cover. I have also NOT tried playing the single (either side) for decades, so I cannot vouch for its rating/quality.
Just added four photos to show the four edges/seams. No tears or slits in the three closed sides; just the normal opening on the fourth side (as seen in the last photo).
