Description
Up for auction is the Beatles - Abbey Road 1/2 Speed Original Master Recording LP released in 1979 by the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, MFSL 1-023. VINYL is in EX- condition and has only one hairline mark to mention about 2" long across tracks 2-6 on side 1. It's is a very finite line and does not affect playback at all. Otherwise, the vinyl is truly in EX+ condition. SLEEVE is in EX- condition with the very slightest corner spilt on the upper opening-side. Very small "dent" area along the opening, as well. Just making sure I divulge all info, still a very clean sleeve overall. This is the earliest version with the posterboard fold-out insert protecting the LP with "An Audiophile's Dream Come True!" printed on one side and "Superdiscs Supertapes Super Stars Super Quality" printed on the other. Also includes "MoFi Superdisc" advertisement insert and yellow return slip for defective pressings!! Overall a real top copy of this first Beatles release from the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab.
