1964 UK 1st PRESS *STEREO* LP
**UNPLAYED DISC**
This outstanding 1964 UK 1st STEREO pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3062
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Parlophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
Housed in an outer laminated, inner-flipback gatefold stereo cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 142-1 & YEX 143-1
Stamper numbers: 4/GR & 1/GM
Disc weight: 138g

Both sides are in pristine unmarked 'shop new'/MINT condition when viewed in strong daylight,with no clouding or dulling to either surface.
Close & careful inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines, but absolutely no other marks or wear on this unbeateable copy.
Both sides lie 100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: MINT
This incredible sounding copy, boasts outstanding sound quality and is, apart from my extremely careful play-check, UNPLAYED.
The sound throughout is perfectly clean, clear & 'as new', with no traces of any background noise or groovewear on any track.
Both run-ins and all bands play silently & there are no clicks, jumps or any other audible faults anywhere.
I guarantee you will not find a better sounding copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A fine example of this fragile cover which bears just a single small 'thumbnail' crease and 5cm crease to the upper right corner of the front leaf.
All edges are sharp and clean with no tears or feathering and the lower corners are clean & unbumped.
The rear panel has a just a few very light edge wrinkles and a minor disc impression towards the bottom edge, but no other significant wear.
The inside is clean & black with no discolouration to the white areas, rubbing, writing or missing paper.
The spine is completely square & unsquashed, retaining its factory 'pinched' ends with no tears to the upper or lower spine.
Both inner flipbacks & the seams are in perfect condition.
Inner: EXCELLENT
Clean, crisp & white with no splits, tears or other major of wear.
