This extremely rare UK 2nd stereo MISPRESSING is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3062

The error occurs on the side 1 label where 'I'm a Loser' has been misspelt 'I'M A LOSSER'

Both labels also include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims.

There is no tax/price code is visible around either centre hole.

Housed in an outer-laminated, inner-flipback stereo gatefold cover.

Complete with its original rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

A bright & clean pair with a moderate amount of light spindle trails but no other significant signs of wear.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Both playing surfaces are extremely clean & glossy and, apart from a tiny 2mm non-audible mark on track 6 of side 1, are unmarked in strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals several harmless hairlines and inner-sleeve removal marks but no majors blemishes anywhere. Both sides of this rare copy lie 10% flat on the turntable with no signs of any dishing or warping.

Play: EXCELLENT +

Arguably the finest sounding of their early stereo LPs, this fine copy has recieved only some careful play on high-end equipment. Everything plays clean & clearly with a warmth missing from any subsequent pressings of this title. My careful play-check at volume could find no evidence of any groove or playwear to any track and no ticks, clicks or any other audible distraction throughout.

Cover

VERY GOOD +

This example displays some general handling & storagewear but no major faults throughout. The delicate front peak has some light creasing towards the front edge and some light wear around the edges, but nothing major. There is some shelfwear to the lower corners but no splits or damage to the spine hinge. Inside is clean & black with just a single light graze on the left panel above the side 1 track-listing but no writing or missing paper anywhere. The delicate centre hinge has no tears to either end and the rear panel bears just a few light laminate wrinkles to the edges but no major signs of wear. All seams are smooth with no stresses or splits to any side and the spine is uncrushed and fully worded.

Inner-sleeve

VERY GOOD

Clean & crisp with just some light storage wrinkling but no writing, seam splits or tears to any part.
